Shipping
As an additional courtesy to our customers, Thrift Barn offers arrangement of shipping/delivery services on all product orders placed online (*Unless otherwise indicated) via third party shipping companies. Standard shipping times may vary and can be expected to take anywhere from 7days to 6 weeks depending on distance, size, conditions, delays, etc. Our utmost goal is 100% customer satisfaction as we fulfill your order; taking special care to package and ship each resale item for minimal damage while in transit.
Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
